I define user flows and create wireframes. I also concentrate on Design Patterns, Information Architecture, Prototyping, and the evolution of Design Systems.


Big Bank Project

I recently worked as an Interaction Designer on a huge national bank’s site redesign. The redesign entailed modernizing the bank’s online experience to make it more human, simple, and personal.

Caregiver Prototype

I spent about 2 years designing for eHealth, an online health insurance broker. The eHealth sites offer helpful tools to enable users to find a health plan that best suits them.

The caregiver project specifically marketed to caregivers of the aging and infirm, a largely unrecognized group who often struggle to manage all of their responsibilities. We wanted to create a resource for them to help them manage all they do.

On the eHealth Medicare web site, users may shop for Medicare insurance plans. We conducted a usability study to determine where we could improve the user experience.
